We try to check our email at least once an hour during shop hours. We do check
during the off hours as well. Our goal is to answer every email within 24 hours. If
you haven't heard from us in a reasonable time, please send another email, it's possible
the first one was identified as spam and we didn't catch it.

The shop is opened from 9:30 - 5:30 Monday - Friday and 9:30 to 3:00 on Saturday.
