BOM Guidelines

At Quilters Candy Shoppe we are committed to offering you beautiful Block of the Month programs.  We carefully select each Block of the Month with you in mind.  Our programs feature projects that you will create sections at a time.  Skill levels vary as will the construction methods.  Our goal is to offer that beautiful quilt, broken down into pieces that won't overwhelm you, or your pocketbook.
Once you pay the Registration Fee, each month is a fixed rate. Unless other arrangements are made, your monthly will be invoiced via email.

Block of the Month Guidelines

Registration
When you register for any of our BOM (Block of the Month) programs, it is understood that you are registering for the entire program.  We will prepare a kit for you each month with the understanding that you will remain in the program for all the months involved.

Registration Fee
All of our BOM programs have a non-refundable registration fee.  This not only tells us that you are invested in the program, but helps us to cover the initial costs of the patterns and fabrics needed. It also allows us to offer you the quilt project at a reasonable monthly fee without a large lump-sum payment at the end for borders, binding, etc.

Monthly Fees
Beginning the first month of your program, and through the duration of it, you will be invoiced (via email) the monthly amount for that particular BOM plus shipping and handling fees.  Sales tax will also be collected, when needed.  You will receive an email confirmation once your payment has been processed.

Billing Date
Each BOM program has a scheduled date during the month.  The program will be billed on or around the same time each month once it begins with the exception of weekends or holidays.

Shipping & Handling
Shipping and handling will be added to each monthly shipment.  The amount may vary throughout the program. If a kit is larger and shipping is considerably more than normal, we will charge more shipping. Please know that we do our best to reduce shipping costs.

Limitations & Cancellations

If there aren't enough participants for a program, we may cancel it.  If it is cancelled we will notify you.
If the program is cancelled you will be contacted via email and given the choice to apply your paid Registration fee as a:
  1.  Store credit
  2.  Registration Fee for another Block of the Month Program
  3.  Refund
