Grated pattern

Heidi Cook uses just one pack of 42 10” squares. With the addition of 1¾ yard of background, she turns it into a large Arts and Crafts-look throw quilt. Some of the squares become pieced blocks, some kept large, some cut in half for the border. Like all Villa Rosa Designs patterns, it is easy to read with just one size, 65”x 75”. No need for special tools - just your favorite rotary cutter and ruler.
