Heidi Cook created another stunning panel quilt. It starts with a 32” panel. Shaded border strips are made from 10 fat quarters. Then a final border is added with a theme fabric or border print. Like all Villa Rosa Designs patterns it is easy to read with just one size, 57”x 76”. No need for special tools - just your favorite rotary cutter and ruler.
